1. 培育跨域人才：培養個人興趣、發揮個人專長、結合多元專業。
2. 強調特色技能：重視第二外語及「人文禮儀」、「媒體資訊」素養。
3. 提升就業實力：在國際服務產業發展的帶動下，與產業發展緊密連結。
4. 縮短學用落差：透過為期一年的實習實務訓練，培育服務產業經理人。

Characteristics:

• Training students to become cross-area professionals:cultivate interests， exercise owns’ expertise， and integrate professional diversity.
• Emphasizing characteristic skills:  focus on secondary language proficiency， human etiquette， and media information competencies.
• Preparing students’ employability skills: engaging with international service industry stakeholders throughout the program.
• Shorten the gap between theory and practice: one year-long work placement gives students a real-world experience and prepares them for their future career.

本學程旨在培育學生擁有豐富的專業知能及實務應用能力，秉持正確的道德準則，進入國際服務產業領域貢獻一己之力。採多元化模組式課程設計，培養學生在服務產業中廣泛而靈活的專業能力，為畢業後職涯發展做最完整的準備。此外，透過慈濟「慈善、醫療、教育、人文」四大志業資源整合教學，及豐富的國際組織學習網絡，期盼學生將利他、慈悲等人文價值，延續至相關服務產業。

學生未來發展職場包含科學及技術服務業、金融及保險業、資訊及通訊傳播業、住宿及餐飲業、醫療保健社會工作服務業、批發及零售業、藝術娛樂及休閒服務業、網路電商服務業、運輸流通及倉儲業、教育服務業、不動產及住宅服務業、後勤服務業等，出路無限寬敞。
